is not Internet based software but is Intelligent Client
software that uses the Internet to obtain proprietary data. This
operational functioning is comparable to what is being used today
by anti-virus software providers.

creates new RTM Home sales options
because it can:
- Be distributed to RTM Home Customers to support
conventional RTM Home marketing programs;
- Create Internet RTM Home sales options in conjunction
with the AmericanRTMs.com website.
