ATechBuilder: Industry Experience of Rick Downs

ATechBuilderIndustry experience relevant to the RTM Home Builder business has been obtained from working in the Yorkton Saskatchewan area since 1983. Evolving with the industry and working on a smaller scale provided the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of it.

The ability to develop comprehensive industry-specific data management software was the result of having had the chance to work in both RTM Home Builder environments, first an independent contractor RTM Builder and then as a retail Home Center integrated RTM Builder.

The ability to develop 'green', super energy efficient RTM production resulted from a personal commitment to environmentally friendly construction combined with the opportunity to be work with Canadian researchers and developers of the R2000® Program.

As advanced Canadian home building techniques evolved so too did Enviro System™ by constantly incorporating, testing, and cost evaluating super energy efficient building techniques in a competitive RTM Home production and marketing environment.
