American RTMs: The RTM Option

ATechBuilder

American RTMs Mission: To do a common thing - build new homes - uncommonly good ... using Enviro System™ super energy efficient home building technology

The American RTM 'new stick built home' Option

Two major problems face American home buyers today

  • High cost of new homes . denying the dream of home ownership to many
  • High cost for energy . increasing the monthly cost of home ownership

An American RTM Home with Enviro SystemT provides the solutions

What is an RTM Home?

RTM Homes are the main floor living area for conventional homes 'stick built' by skilled building trades working at a centralized Production Facility like the one in Yorkton, Saskatchewan pictured below.

The superior quality of RTM Homes has been proven by tens of 1,000's of new RTM Homes built by Canadian RTM Builders . then delivered to satisfied Customers

This home building system was invented in Saskatchewan Canada over 30 years ago

  • RTM - ' Ready To Move' - Home was originally coined . to distinguish this highly efficient building system for Real New Homes from all others
  • RTM Homes ARE LIKE conventional 'stick built' homes . except they must be built structurally, or Technically Better to permit single piece delivery
  • RTM Homes ARE NOT LIKE modular or manufactured 'trailer' homes . the only similarity is being built a central location . then Moved to Your Lot

RTM Homes can be up to 32 feet wide and 120 feet long . wider if roads permit . and can include attached garages

Delivery distances are ideally less than 300 miles . but can be up to 500 miles or more

Upon completion . painting, carpets & vinyl, plumbing & light fixtures, towel bars & mirrors, cabinets & closet systems . the RTM Home is delivered in one piece using specialized moving equipment

Garages can come attached . like the 32 x 120 foot RTM Home pictured above awaiting delivery

Or attached on the front after delivery for narrow 'city' lots . like the 38 foot wide RTM Home loaded and ready to roll 450 miles pictured below

When Henry Ford introduced the production line it cut the time to build a Model T from 12 ½ hours to 6 hours ... and when you start lining up new homes to stick build them at a Production facility you get significant production efficiency gains. This is what Canadian RTM Builders have proven over the past 30 years.

The result was ... Doing a Common Thing, Uncommonly Good
