This super energy efficient RTM Home is now being offered for sale with a fall 2006 delivery date. Completion of the home, located 50 miles north of Yorkton Saskatchewan can be done before or after delivery.

This is also a 'one only, one time' deal because the elaborate Studio Loft finishing, the complex roof system, the super energy efficient construction, and recent building material price increases makes replacement cost for this RTM Home more than its current selling price.

Price Breakdown for 1652 Square Foot RTM Home

Pricing is based on a combination of existing and new construction, and is comparable to the square foot price for a standard, conventional RTM Home with the same floor area but without all the 'custom' features. It is also FOB Sturgis Saskatchewan where the RTM Home is currently located.

This is also a self-contained RTM Home that does not requiring a full basement which greatly reducing its 'finished' price. It has been designed to have the heating and ventilation systems installed on the main floor, and 9 foot ceilings make this possible without compromising the overall design integrity of the main floor living area.

Ducting and a PWF foundation are included in the selling price unlike with a typical RTM Home, and are priced separately for this reason.

• The exterior is papered and wired for a stucco after delivery, and includes finished metal soffits, 'custom' 2x10 fir fascia, and 'custom' fir exterior window trim.

• The PWF Grade Beam that the RTM Home is currently on (see picture below) is built to CSA-S406-92 standards for wood foundations and will be used for permanent setup of the RTM Home onto approved crushed rock footings and drainage base.
