July 24, 2006 to an Offering by ATechBuilder Corporation for
the capitalization of RTM Home production facilities in the central
Montana communities of Roundup and Malta .

Homes
This independent
RTM Builder was the first to provide RTM Homes in the US market.
While serving both Saskatchewan and US markets, their primary
focus for RTM Homes is Montana and Wyoming which, in turn, account
for the bulk of their annual production.
Town & Country
Homes is currently working out of Gillette Wyoming where
they are involved with local 'on-site' construction projects as
well as RTM Homes. They provide marketing and production support
from their Canadian location.
The Town &
Country Homes website provides spectacular pictures of
RTM Homes they have built for the US market in addition to a Client
List of their US Customers from 1989 to 2000.
Town & Country
Homes builds their RTM Homes out of Balgonie SK, a small
community of 1,500 people about 120 miles north of the US Border.
Most of their RTM Homes are large and 'Custom Built' that would
be valued in excess of $100,000 each.
Westrum
Lumber - Estimated yearly sales 15 to 25 RTM Homes
This home center
integrated RTM Builder started building RTM Homes in the
late 1990's to serve the RTM Home market in Montana and southern
Saskatchewan. While still serving Montana and eastern North Dakota
Customers their business focus is now more on southern Saskatchewan.
Westrum Lumber
builds their RTM Homes built out of Rouleau SK, a small
community of 1,000 people about 80 miles north of the US Border.
Virden
RTM Homes - Estimated yearly sales 25 to 50 RTM Homes
This RTM Builder
was started as a joint venture between a home builder,
cabinet builder, and home center in the early 1990's in response
to competition from Yorkton RTM Builders. Currently they serve both
southern Manitoba and North Dakota with their homes marketed through
the retail home center operation.
Virden RTM Homes
has achieved more success than most home center integrated
RTM Builders. This is most likely the result of the strategic joint
venture business arrangement put in place to set up their RTM Builder
business.
Due to their proximity
to the US Border Virden RTM Homes were one of the earliest
RTM Builders from the US Border Region to supply RTM Homes to the
US market. North Dakota accounts for about 50% of their annual
RTM Home sales.
Virden RTM Homes
builds out of Virden MB., a small community of 2,500 people
about 60 miles north of the US Border.
Other US Border
Region RTM Builders - Estimated yearly sales not known
There are other
RTM Builders in southern Manitoba who focus on the US market however
the only information available is what is found on their websites.
In addition there are RTM
Builders, like Cromer Valley Construction, who are actively
serving the North Dakota market but who do not have websites.
