ATechBuilder
Corporation is the technology and business services provider for
American RTMs. While conceptually similar, this
is not a franchise model but rather is a new business model that
is now emerging for providing industry-specific software technology
supported by business expertise and business services. This maximizes
the benefits for Client-Users who integrate new software technology
into conventional business operations.
The
ATechBuilder™ Business Model is like that
now being promoted by IBM using its On Demand Business
advertising, and delivered by other US companies
like Accenture and 'off-shore' companies like Wipro and Tata
Consultancy Services from India*. However unlike these other 'off
shore' companies, ATechBuilder™ plans to
import its Canadian developed industry-specific software, home building
technology, and business expertise into the US.
Where
the ATechBuilder™ Business Model differs
from these other technology and business services providers is that
ATechBuilder™ is not going to provide services,
in competition with others, to existing industries. Rather the company
is going to establish an industry that is new to the US , but which
has been developed and proven in Canada over the past 25 years,
by using Canadian technology which it has exclusive rights to:
- ATech-Synergy™ proprietary,
RTM industry-specific software;
- Enviro System™ production technology
for super energy efficient new homes;
- Trade Marks & Trade Secrets for production
& marketing of new RTM Homes; &
- 20 years of Expertise for both RTM Homes &
super energy efficient homes.
This
will allow ATechBuilder™ to provide industry-specific
technology, support services, and business expertise needed to establish
a new RTM Home industry in the US , an industry which could easily
be worth a $100 million a year within 5 years. Implementing this
industry will be accomplished by establishing multiple '100
new RTM Homes a year' American RTMs
production locations supported by ATechBuilder™ RTM
Technology and Business Services .
ATechBuilder™
can provide the proprietary software, industry-specific
technology, and business expertise needed to create this new $100
million a year niche industry in the US . While the RTM Home industry
will be new to the US, it has already been proven for both operational
viability and US Customer acceptance as a result of the work done
by Canadian RTM Builders.
American
RTMs production and sales locations have been modeled
to permit them to achieve, within 3 to 5 years, a 100 new RTM Home
a year production level that delivers an annual after tax profit
of about $1 million for its owners. Due to both horizontal and vertical
integration innovations by ATechBuilder™ the
technology and business services needed to achieve this can be provided
for fees that are in the range of 13% to 15% for a host of building
services which are typically obtained for combined fees of 20% to
30% from multiple suppliers.
RTM
Home production brings with it significant efficiencies and cost
saving benefits for new home building resulting
in superior new homes that cost less than either conventional 'stick
built' construction or modular homes. And ATechBuilder™
also brings for construction of new RTM Homes its exclusive,
super energy efficient Enviro System™ which
will deliver enhanced marketing benefits as a result of the new
reality for heating costs based on $50 a barrel oil.
By
developing the technology and business services provider capability
needed to roll out the new RTM Home industry in the US
ATechBuilder™ will also put in place technology
and business expertise needed to deliver similar types of services
to other building industry sectors that make up the $1 trillion
a year residential construction industry.
