ATechBuilder Corporation is a Montana C-Corp registered
in March of 2005 to provide RTM industry specific Technology, Software,
and ongoing Support Services to American RTMs in
order to develop the US based RTM Home Building Industry.
The
Montana Business Incubator (MBI) is working with ATechBuilder Corporation
as a minor equity partner to help it to achieve these objectives.
MBI is a Billings based non-profit 501(c)3 corporation founded by
members of Montana State University, Billings and the Big Sky Economic
Development Authority, to help develop technology companies for
the purpose of creating wealth and opportunities in Billings and
eastern Montana.
The
Montana Business Incubator also completed 'Due Diligence'
on ATechBuilder Corporation prior to accepting
the Company as a Client. Currently MBI is working with the Company
to promote and develop the Investment Opportunities created by
developing American RTMs and a US based
RTM Home Building Industry.

Corporation is the synthesis of 20 years experience
in the Canadian RTM Home Industry as both an independent RTM Builder
and a retail Home Center integrated RTM Builder:
- Assiniboine Valley Homes, an independent RTM
Builder, 1984 to 1989, operating in the Yorkton SK area
- Designer Homes, a Home Center integrated RTM
Builder, 1990 to 1994, operating in Yorkton SK
- Assiniboine Homes, a Home Center integrated
RTM Builder, 1995 to 2000, operating in the Yorkton SK area
- AT&I Inc, Support Services Provider to
Home Center integrated RTM Builders and application software developer,

for all Canadian
RTM Technology identified on this website for development
of American RTMs. In addition it also has exclusive
rights to all other relevant RTM Technology not presented on the
website at this time, or not considered to be suitable as public
